At Holisa Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. • No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened to respect the next guest’s appointment. Full charges will still apply. • Groups & Packages: A 48-hour notice is required for group bookings or multiple services. Deposits may be non-refundable if canceled after this time. We appreciate your understanding and support—this policy allows us to serve all our clients with fairness and care.
